The purposes of this research were (1) to analyze the process of making Kulisusu ethnic woven fabrics (2) to analyze the meaning of the motifs contained in the traditional Kulisusu ethnic woven crafts (3) to analyze the educational values contained in the traditional Kulisusu ethnic woven crafts. This research is a qualitative research and uses a descriptive approach. Data collection is carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the process of making Kulisusu ethnic woven fabric crafts consisted of 9 stages, namely 1) materials; 2) tools 3) traditional rituals 4) drawing motifs: 5) spinning threads; 6) sorting yarn (pouluri); 7) Arranging yarn (Lopo); 8) tying the motifs on the warp; and 9) weaving (Mohoru). The meaning of the motif contained in the woven fabric of the Kulisusu ethnicity is the vertical motif which means the relationship between humans and the God; horizontal motifs that are meaningful about human relationships with other humans; and natural motifs that are meaningful about the relationship between humans and nature. The educational values contained in the traditional weaving crafts of the Kulisusu ethnicity are religious values, honest values, love for the motherland, social care values and responsibility values.

Convicted narcotics abusers after being imprisoned comparing the imposition of punishment with other convicts will feel that their detention period is much longer than that of other convicts even though they have the same criminal offense. Based on these legal issues, the problems to be discussed are the factors causing disparity in judges decisions against narcotics abusers and the basis for judges considerations in imposing different decisions on narcotics abusers based on Decision Number 156/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.Met, Decision Number 39/Pid.Sus/2020/PN.Met and Decision Number 134/Pid.Sus/2021. The methods used in this research are normative juridical and empirical juridical approaches using primary and secondary data. Data collection using the literature study method and supported by the results of research interviews. Based on the results of the study, the factors causing disparity are that there are no guidelines for judges in deciding criminal acts of narcotics abuse, then the judge factor is due to the judge having very broad freedom so that it gives the judge discretion to impose a sentence. Juridically, the judges consideration is based on legal facts revealed in the trial, while non-juridically is the judges judgment outside of the revealed legal facts. Judges in making legal considerations must be able to explicit the decision and in the consideration of the judge is expected that the judge can strive for drug abusers to be rehabilitated and can humanize humans.

Indonesia is the largest archipelagic nation in the world which shares border countries with many countries. Indonesia has serious problem concerning maritime security in their territorial waters, such as Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated Fishing (IUU). The IUU activities done by foreign-flagged fishing vessels and bringing their catch abroad is very detrimental to state finances, namely the loss of potential income for local and central govermennt. The Natuna Islands are one of the Indonesia’s outermost border islands that are rich in marine fish resources. This research aims to anaylisis the effectiveness of foreign-flagged fishing vessels burning or sinking policies based on Article 69 of Law Np. 45 of 2009 that were implemented in Natuna Sea territory. The research method used in this study is normative juridical method using literature and online data search.

The purpose of this research is to find out the cipp evaluation technique to analyze the evaluation of sports tourism in Trenggalek Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The CIPP model will be used in the assessment research conducted here. The acronym CIPP stands for the all- encompassing and systematic assessment paradigm of context, input, process, and product. The results of the study show that in the analysis of sports tourism regulations in Trenggalek Regency the research findings are as follows: The Covid-19 pandemic has impeded Trenggalek Regencys efforts to increase sport tourism. There were a number of events that were canceled. The sport tourism industry in Trenggalek Regency is not well known among the locals. Trenggalek Regencys branding initiative to promote sport tourism is ineffective and not yet highly competitive. Trenggalek Regencys plan to enhance sports tourism is still not obvious because it is currently solely concerned with developing elite athletes. Diverse infrastructures in Trenggalek Regency sport tourism locations are being restoration, some of which are being hampered by financial limitations. Insufficient staff to manage sport tourism in Trenggalek Regency. It can be concluded that sports tourism brings many benefits to the communitys economy. Through sport tourism, regions can promote according to their potential so that a good marketing effect appears to invite tourists and investors in that direction. Sports tourism has proven to be able to build community pride and trust in their area. Sports tourism as infrastructure strengthening, through sports tourism events, to repair and build roads. Therefore, the development of sports tourism in an area cannot be carried out alone by an agency, organization or group. Various elements must work together to unite the vision and mission to develop sport tourism in Trenggalek Regency.

The island of Bali is famous for its natural beauty. Likewise with Apuan Village, which is one of the villages in Bangli district which is famous for having a tourist destination such as the Tibumana Waterfall which is no less beautiful than other places on the island of Bali. This research reviews the policies and synergy between the Dina’s village and Traditional villages in the management of tourism objects. This research is an empirical legal research. The results showed that the policy for managing tourism objects in Apuan Village was based on an agreement between the Village Service and the Bangunlemah Kawan Traditional Village regarding Cooperation in the Joint Management of Village Tourism in July 2018. The synergy between the Dinas Village and the Traditional Village in managing tourism objects had a very good impact on in order to increase tourist attraction, empower local village communities to maintain security by involving pecalang and babinsa, form (POKDARWIS) Travel Awareness Groups to guide and develop tourism objects and involve BumDesa in their management which can ultimately increase village original income and the welfare of the Apuan village community.

In its effort to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to eradicate the adverse influence of poverty, the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) program, otherwise known as the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), distributes conditional cash handouts to the underprivileged households of the country. While numerous studies on the efficacy and effects of the 4Ps program have been undertaken, none of them have looked into the recent case of some household beneficiaries graduating from the program. Through this study, the gap between the real and ideal poverty graduation in the case of a graduated 4Ps household beneficiary was explored. The researchers utilized a single case study as a research design and interviewed one (1) graduate 4Ps household beneficiary of Tacloban City who was purposely selected. Furthermore, the data gathered were comprehensively examined through thematic content analysis. As a result, the definition of poverty graduation may vary depending on the household’s level of self- sufficiency at the time of program exit. Thus, this finding was drawn based on the participant’s identified challenges encountered, including high dependency on lifeline connections, insufficient financial support, and decadency of financial capability, as well as the employed coping mechanisms namely supplementary capital investment to business and shoestring budgeting.

Forest and water are of benefit for human. However, the forest and water condition in Indonesia is getting worse. Therefore, there should be a wise action to save them. One of the efforts is to see the existence of the local wisdom. This study aims at examining the meaning, and values contained in the Manggarain barong wae cultural ceremony in the context of forest conservation. To reach the objectives in question, interview, observation, and documentation were used to collect data which were subsequently interpreted following symbolic interaction theory. Findings revealed that aside from as a pillar of conservation, barong wae also functioned as a pillar of spiritual life (gratitude and request), a forum for togetherness, a behavior controller, and as a means of self-recovery repentance. Meanwhile, based on the meaning given, in addition to ecological value, barong wae also has religious and social values. To sum up, barong wae deals with eco-socio- telogy Manggaraian conception toward the existence of nature.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the dehumanizing attitude exhibited by the British colonizers towards the native Indians in E.M Forster’s A Passage to India. The very attitude is responsible for widening the gap between the two groups. This paper investigates how the colonial mindset of the British characters leads them to view the Indian characters as inferior, subjects of subjugation which creates an unmitigated gap between the Anglo Indians and the native Indians in a colonial setting. Moreover, the ambivalent nature from both parties disrupts the meaningful relationship between the native Indians and the Anglo Indians. The colonizers never wanted to bring the colonized to their same standing that made the attempt of bridging the gap futile. In this qualitative study, textual references from the novel, A Passage to India have been investigated to unveil the impact of dehumanization resulting from colonization. This study has successfully presented the predicament of the colonized and the inhumane treatment of the British bureaucrats through the portrayal of a Muslim Indian doctor, Dr. Aziz, a British bureaucrat, Ronny Heaslop and some other characters. The paper has tried to trace out the reasons of unbridgeable gulf between the colonizers and the colonized resulting from dehumanization of the British colonizers. It has explored how the ambivalent relationship, superiority complex, racial discrimination and the bureaucratic compulsion have led to the collapse of social relationships creating hatred and distrust between the colonizers and the colonized.

The aim of this study is to discuss the values of Islamic education in the context of Sintuwu Maroso culture in Central Sulawesi Indonesia. Sintuwu maroso has been considered as a local culture with rich of educational values that enhance local communities unity. However, limited studies have been carried out how the culture contributes to Islamic education values which can unite local communities and increase awareness of tolerance among them. This used qualitative approach to understand the phenomenon. Data was gathered through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and written document analysis. The results of this study show that the culture of Sintuwu Maroso contains elements that relevant with Islamic education values such as Tuwu mombetubunaka (living in mutual respect), Tuwu mombepatuwu (living with strong social concern), Tuwu siwagi (mutual support), and Tuwu simpande (mutual understanding). Those local culture values have contributed to local conflict resolution and increase local communities unity in fighting radicalism and intolerance.

This paper discusses the degree of remoteness in Dagbani, a Mabia (Gur) language of the Niger-Congo language family spoken in Northern Ghana. The degree of remoteness has been discussed in Dagbani (Olawsky1999; Bodomo 2001; Botne 2012; Bodomo 2018). According to the scholars mentioned above, the verbal particles; sa, di and daa mark degree of remoteness in Dagbani. However, these scholars have not discussed all the possible means degree of remoteness can be expressed in the language. The time adverbials, the proximity markers, y?^n and yólí, and others are not looked at. This paper, therefore, moves a step further to discuss the possible remoteness distinctions that are part of the ways tense is expressed in Dagbani. The paper uses Comrie’s (1985) conceptualisation of tense in human language in the discussion. Comrie’s explanation of the phenomenon shows that in some languages, the degree of remoteness is expressed using the time adverbials and other particles. Eliciting data from eight people in Tamale and Yendi, and existing literature, I support my intuition as a native speaker to demonstrate that the time adverbials and other particles either than only daa, sa and di express degree of remoteness in both past and future tenses in Dagbani.

The President as the Head of State and Head of Government does not only have powers in the executive field, but more than that the President of the Republic of Indonesia has powers in the legislative field. In this case, the president has the authority to issue the government regulation in lieu of a law. This research aims to analyze and discuss the matters of urgency situation in government regulation in lieu of law, whether it has fulfilled the requirements of issuing the government regulation in lieu of law or not. The research method used in this research is normative legal research. The results of this study will explain government regulation in lieu of law concerning job creation and comply with the requirements in decision No. 138/PUU- VII/2009. The conclusion of this research shows that the issuance of a government regulation in lieu of a law does not meet the requirements of an "urgency situation" in accordance with decision no. 138/PUU-VII/2009 as well as the doctrine governing constitutional reasons for the issuance of PERPU in particular to interpret "forced critical matters”.

PT PLN (Persero) Sulawesi Development Main Unit has a commitment in a management contract on the Long Term Plan to complete a large work target to develop electricity infrastructure at the right cost, time and quality in supporting the electrification ratio in Indonesia, which currently has not reached 100% . The situation that occurred in the last 3 (three) years was a decrease in employee performance with the exceed requirements category abiut 14%. The fact that occurred in this condition was accompanied by a decrease in the results of the employee engagement survey which decreased with a decrease rate of 6.73%. The number of workers at PT PLN (Persero) Sulawesi Development Main Unit is still not fulfilled and this causes a high workload with a gap of 10.13%. The role of the leader in this situation is very massive, in this case not only leading the members but also being able to position himself as a servant who has no structural boundaries with his followers. However, the results ofthe assessment survey of leaders still provide several opportunities for improvement for leaders.This study aims to determine the effect of Servant Leadership (SL) and Workload on Employee Engagement (EE) and their implications for the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Sulawesi Development Main Unit.The method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive research type. Respondents in this study were 237 employees of PT PLN (Persero) Sulawesi Development Main Unit, using non-probability sampling with saturated sampling. The data that has been processed will be analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques using SEM - PLS.The influence of servant leadership and workload on employee engagement and the implications for performance at PT PLN (Persero) Sulawesi Development Main Unit t is positive and significant at 46.2%.

This article aims to examine the discourse of violence against Balinese women in the novel Sukreni Gadis Bali based on a study of literary anthropology. This study uses a qualitative method with a critical discourse analysis approach. Sukreni represents Balinese women who continuously experience violence in their lives due to the power of patriarchal culture. He became a victim of parental divorce. Her identity was toyed with by her father to fulfil his ego. She became a victim of trafficking in women and sexual violence. From a feminist perspective, the novel Sukreni Gadis Bali shows the authors criticism of the discourse on violence against Balinese women due to patriarchal culture.

Immigration is associated with an effort to get a better living. Therefore, this research analyzes whether the high minimum wage attracts immigrants. This study utilizes secondary data from Indonesian Statistics that cover the condition of immigrants in Java, an island with the highest population density. In this research, the proportion of immigrants is the dependent variable. At the same time, the minimum wage is the independent variable and the percentage of formal jobs and prosperity as covariates. The secondary data is analyzed by regression based on Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares (FMOLS). This regression analysis is complemented by primary data through questionnaires sent to some economic experts. The primary data is analyzed by Delphi Method. The regression result shows no association between the proportion of immigrants and minimum wage. A high minimum wage does not attract people to enter an area. At the same time, a percentage of formal jobs and prosperity attract people to immigrate. In addition, the Delphi analysis exhibits similar results. The expert’s opinion about the impact of minimum wage is not convergence. Not all experts agree that migrant considers the high minimum wage. However, all experts agree that formal jobs, infrastructure, prosperity, amenities, and living costs have an impact on immigrants.

This paper is an attempt to exhibit the commonalities as well as variations present in the numeral systems of four Austro-Asiatic (AA) languages of India, namely Khasi, Pnar, Santali and Mundari. Khasi and Pnar are classified under the ‘Mon- Khmer Branch’ of AA family, while languages Mundari and Santali fall under the ‘Munda Branch’ of the same. This study assays the structure of counting systems in detail while simultaneously compares it with systems in other languages of the family. The paper not only analyses the cardinals and their structure, but also sheds light on other types of numerals and on the interaction of numerals with NP. The numeral classifier also has been discussed in this paper as the languages, Khasi and Pnar are numeral classifier languages.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and describe how education management innovations were implemented at SMK Bakti Karya Parigi. Innovation in educational management is essential for enhancing the caliber and efficiency of educational institutions in the setting of rapid educational development and dynamic change. Data for this study was gathered through interviews, observations, and document analysis using a qualitative methodology. The findings demonstrated that SMK Bakti Karya Parigi has embraced a number of innovations in educational administration. The agency has been able to set clear goals and create effective action plans with the aid of targeted and strategic planning. A well-coordinated organizational structure and a distinct division of roles and responsibilities among the educational staff have also been produced through effective organization. The success of the education management innovation at SMK Bakti Karya Parigi is also significantly influenced by effective driving. A positive learning culture has been created throughout the institution thanks to the leaderships participation- and cooperation-focused approach. Additionally, effective control through ongoing monitoring and evaluation of educational goals achievement has allowed the institution to recognize the success of innovations and implement corrective actions as needed. This study aims at investigating the development of local potential-based entrepreneurship through community service (PkM) consisting of several stages including training, production and marketing processes and the constraints experienced. By applying a qualitative analysis in which primary data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The information consists of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as well as community leaders at Bindu tourism village, Abian Semal District, Badung Regency-Bali. Data validity using triangulation of sources, methods and theory. Data analysis as an interactive model includes data collection, condensation, presentation and conclusion. The results of the research reveal that the PkM program makes a significant contribution through empowering the tourism village enterprises to produce innovative-creative micro, small and medium scale products. Marketing is done through promotions in various media and market share both at home and abroad. Meanwhile, the constraints experienced the lack of production machines that came from the lack of capital and limited working hours of learning residents.

In the Global Innovation Index 2022, Indonesia has a promising innovation culture. One of the innovation cultures is handicraft innovation in the creative economy sector. The culture of handicraft innovation needs to be preserved and maintained correctly. Therefore, protection is required regarding Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). This study examines the culture of Indonesian handicraft innovation in intellectual property rights and how the legal protection of intellectual property rights for handicraft innovation in Indonesias legal system. This research is legal research using a normative juridical approach. Most handicraft artisans in several cities still need to fully understand the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights, so few handicraft artisans from various towns still need to register their copyrighted works at the DJKI to obtain repressive legal protection. Legal protection Intellectual property rights on handicrafts are divided into copyrights and industrial property rights. The form of legal protection in Copyright Law is divided into legal protection in the constitutive system and legal protection in the declarative system. Intellectual property rights for handicrafts in the industrial sector can be obtained by protecting industrial design and trademark rights through a constitutive system.

To ascertain the countrys delivery of high-quality education and thus ascend the global competitiveness of Filipino professionals worldwide, a new educational system was designed to be responsive to the precedingly specified present-time demands through the Philippine governments implementation of the Republic Act (R.A.) No. 10533, or the "Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013". Despite the benefits this law has offered, its legislation has undoubtedly posed diverse challenges to the students, such as the cases of strand-course mismatches among the tertiary students that incredibly induce several academic obstacles in the long run. In this study, the case of a mismatched student was investigated, including the challenges and coping mechanisms. The researchers employed a single case study and conducted an interview with a non-academic strand graduate of senior high school who enrolled in an education program at college. The data gathered were subsequently analyzed through the use of thematic analysis. Consequently, the conclusions were drawn based on the challenges identified by the participant, which included grappling with unfamiliar subject matter and falling behind her peers. The participant employed several coping mechanisms, including dedicating extra effort, creating a study plan, minimizing distractions, seeking support from friends, family, and mentors, and taking frequent breaks.

Rural education in China has been greatly improved since the implementation of nineyear compulsory education. However, there are still problems of low quality of compulsory education, single education structure, insufficient funds and facilities for development, weak faculty, and imbalance in the development of urban and rural education. In the context of comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization, it is more important to pay attention to the development of rural education. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the above existing problems and explore countermeasures for the improvement of rural education from the policy dimension, according to the existing literature research.

Oral literature is one of the forms of culture in society. The existence of oral literature is very important in building a socio-cultural system because of its functions. Oral literature has become the object of study, but in particular studies on the function of Mekongga oral literature are still rarely carried out, especially the oral literature of the Mekongga community in Wundulako Village, Kolaka Regency. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe and explain the function of the oral literature of the Mekongga community in Wundulako Village, Kolaka Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study found that the oral literature of the Mekongga community in Wundulako Village has functions such as: 1) as a cultural defense media, 2) as a media for preserving social solidarity, and 3) as a media for character education. The function of this oral literature is as a cultural expression in building the resilience of the socio- cultural system of the Mekongga community.

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effect of the principals leadership, work discipline, teacher motivation on teacher performance. This study used a quantitative approach, a type of correlational research. The population in this study was 580 teachers of SMA Negeri Se-Kota Banjarmasin and a sample of 237 people was determined using proportional random sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using instruments consisting of principal leadership (31 items), work discipline (45 items), achievement motivation (30 items) and teacher performance (35 items). Test the validity and reliability of the data using Alpha Cronbach. The research data were analyzed using path analysis to see direct and indirect relationships between variables, by first conducting normality tests, homoscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests and correlation tests. The purpose of this research is to analyze the needs of students for learning media android based on high school economics subjects. The offered mobile learning media is a learning application that is integrated with a problem-based learning model, which aims to improve critical thinking skills. The research subjects were 30 grade 11 high school students in Wonogiri district. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research instrument used is interview guidelines and questionnaires about student needs. The results of this study are in the form of data obtained from observations, interviews with one of the economics teachers, and also a questionnaire filled out by the student as research subject. The data analysis technique used refers to the Miles and Huberman model, namely (1) data reduction (data collection), (2) data presentation, and (3) concluding. From the results, this research concluded that it takes an innovative mobile-based learning media that can be accessed on smartphones.

Government Regulation No. 35 of 2021 concerning work agreements for a certain time, outsourcing, work time and rest time, and termination of employment, hereinafter referred to as the Regulation concerning work agreements for a certain time, raises various fundamental questions which is also the problem raised in this research. The first problem is what are the implications of the Regulation regarding work agreements for a certain time for overtime pay in Indonesia? and the second problem, namely what are the implications of the Regulation regarding work agreements for a certain time on Termination of Employment? These problems were analyzed using normative juridical research methods. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that overtime pay is a right owned by workers/laborers who are given by employers/employers as a consequence of work performed outside working hours. Overtime pay is also an obligation owned by employers/employers to be given to workers/laborers for their work. Wages begin when work begins and end when employment is terminated. Whereas employers/employers who do not fulfill their obligations to pay overtime wages to workers/laborers will be subject to criminal sanctions.

As for the rules governing corporate accountability that exist up until now are considered less effective and efficient. The clear corporate policy is still at the stage of criminal design that has been fully regulated and firm as the subject of criminal law and is accountable in criminal law and receives absolute criminal accountability and replacement crimes, even with the exception of solving the difficulties of proving an element of wrongdoing committed by a corporation. Research methods used are normative law research methods with law enforcement approaches, comparisons and concept analysis of the law.

This research is motivated by the reality in Indonesia where the distribution of education services does not run optimally. There is a marginalized group, namely Children with Special Needs, they find it difficult to get access to education services because of the limitations they have. Then with the emergence of extraordinary schools is an effort to equalize education as well as being another alternative to the segregation model or commonly known as extraordinary schools which in their implementation are separate from the normal childrens education system. So that the potential and challenges of each model of education services for children with special needs were born. SLB-C Negeri Pembina Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan and SLB Negeri Kota Banjarbaru are examples of educational institutions that have a commitment to develop the potential of children with special needs so that they are able to be independent, have skills, and can become part of society.

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect relationship of principal instructional leadership, achievement motivation, job satisfaction with teacher performance. The method used in this study is descriptive correlational with a quantitative approach formulated into a path analysis model. The study population was 172 teachers from 18 elementary schools in Telaga Langsat sub-district and 120 respondents were taken as research samples using a proportional allocation formula. Data collection using questionnaire instruments and data analysis using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and path analysis. The results of this study show that there is a significant direct relationship between principal instructional leadership, achievement motivation and job satisfaction with teacher performance. There is an indirect relationship between the principals instructional leadership and achievement motivation with teacher performance through job satisfaction at SDN Telaga Langsat District.

The purpose of this study is to describe religious character education both from the teachers strategy, the involvement of the role of parents, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method concerning the Implementation of Religious Character Education in Ukhuwah Integrated Islamic Kindergarten and Baitul Makmur Islamic Kindergarten is carried out through qualitative research methods, namely a method of observing, analyzing and describing phenomena that occur in the field. In carrying out this research, researchers conducted interviews, observations and documents to find out how to develop, implement, evaluate and impact religious character education. The results of the research data analysis concluded that: 1) The teachers strategy in implementing religious character education learning in Ukhuwah Integrated Islamic Kindergarten and Baitul Makmur Banjarmasin Islamic Kindergarten starts from planning class management, giving direct examples, practicing to students, giving motivation to participants students, coordination between teachers and parents through contact books, planning class management and learning methods 2) Involvement of the role of parents which is carried out jointly between schools and parents in the implementation of religious character education is carried out through repetition of religious characters that have been taught at school, parents parents coordinate with teachers through contact books, whatsapp and meet in person, parents provide direct examples to children 3) Supporting factors in the implementation of religious character education in both schools are teacher motivation and parental support to work together in synergy, involvement of all family members. The inhibiting factors are the use of gadgets and childrens viewing at home, friendships in the environment.

So this is what the authors are interested in discussing how criminal law enforcement policies in addressing criminal rights are reviewed in progressive law enforcement and the problem with this study is how criminal law policies deal with present human rights and how future criminal law enforcement policies have defined criminal rights Based on subtantive justice. The method used was normative yuridis (literature study). Studies that are disturbing for society are not based solely on dissatisfaction with what might be called law enforcement in a narrow sense, even a sense, that untruths, injustice, abuse of power, favoritism, practice of favoritism and so forth are necessary for law enforcement in a broader sense that is not solely the responsibility of law enforcement officers, judicial institutions, And the legal institutions of higher education, but also should be the concern and responsibility of all officers and shareholders in all aspects of life, And what is more important is that the whole component of law-enforcement officers better understand what is called a progressive law in acting in legal cases in particular against criminal rights to create justice on the basis of almighty deity and the prevailing values of a society or common, so-called substantive justice

Cybercrime is a new form or dimension to a crime that is currently receiving much attention from the international community. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the arrangements regarding cardings criminal actions in Indonesia at present, as well as criminal law policies against cardings criminal actions within Indonesias positive laws. This study was a normative- yuriy study type. Studies show that delic-delik and the classifications governing carding felonies in Indonesia are not strictly and explicitly regulating cardings crimes, So law enforcement law enforcement is based only on chapters 31 and 32 of 2016s number 19 legislation that regulates only a fraction of the many crimes of carding and in many cases law enforcement must use an interpretation or appropriate a few of the chapters in a cell phone that some consider to be irrelevant as chapters 263 and 378 under the law. This research aims to analyze the impact of the local wisdoms non-sustainability on the life of Bajo Mola people and to analyze efforts to maintain the local wisdom of Bajo Mola tribe in conserving marine resources. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by involved observation, in-depth interviews with selected informants, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by steps, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the non-sustainability of local wisdom has an impact on the life of Bajo Mola tribe, the impact consists of negative impacts, including marine resources that are starting to become scarce, this is influenced by the exploitative attitude of the people who do not care about sustainable management of marine resources. Lack of public awareness of the conservation of marine resources, the community no longer cares about the rules and attitudes that have become a separate identity for Bajo Mola tribe in protecting and managing marine resources. Positive impacts, including the development of community settlements, Bajo tribe feel more comfortable living in concrete houses made of coral than living in wooden stilt houses, this is a wooden stilt house, prone to sea breezes because of its presence above sea water which is always facing the sea free. Efforts to maintain the local wisdom of Bajo tribe are by making efforts to inherit it from generation to generation, the true inheritance of local wisdom aims to preserve and increase the understanding of Bajo Mola people towards their local wisdom.

Anthropology provides invaluable insights into the seamless integration of the Sidakarya mask into Balinese religious customs, illuminating its profound symbolic meaning within the cultural fabric of Bali. Cultural anthropology further unravels the pivotal role of masks in religious ceremonies, where the Sidakarya Mask assumes an indispensable position, connecting to the very existence of Pemutering Jagat Sidakarya Temple. Moreover, the lens of art history traces the evolution of the Sidakarya mask in Bali, unveiling its inseparable link with Pemutering Jagat Sidakarya Temple. Furthermore, an exploration of the religious context reveals the profound spiritual messages embedded within the Sidakarya Mask, playing a pivotal role in Balinese traditional ceremonies and necessitating a deep understanding of Balinese religious beliefs. This interdisciplinary study underscores the irreplaceable significance of the Sidakarya Mask in religious ceremonies, not only at Pemutering Jagat Sidakarya Temple but also across other sacred sites in Bali. Ultimately, this research offers a more profound and holistic comprehension of the cultural and religious importance of the Sidakarya Mask and its sacred alliance with the revered Pemutering Jagad Sidakarya Temple.

This research aims to describe the forms of educational marginalization practices in Tanailandu Village, Mawasangka District, Central Buton Regency. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The informants in this study were carried out by purposive sampling. The informants of this research were students who experienced marginalization, teachers as teachers and educators, and parents of students. Data collection was carried out by observing participants, open and in-depth interviews, documentation studies and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with selected informants. The data obtained was analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that forms of educational marginalization are carried out, namely (1) Teachers let children drop out of school, (2) Parents pay little attention to childrens education. (3) Loss of dialogue between parents and education providers, (4) learning systems that tend to be boring and unpleasant for students, (5) Limited educational facilities and infrastructure, (6) unhealthy and dangerous environment for children to play, (7) ) limited human resources (HR), and (8), limited infrastructure.

Within the realm of listening, assessment holds significant significance as it fosters learner confidence by providing necessary feedback and facilitates the design of instruction that addresses both learners apparent weaknesses and curriculum gaps. This paper provide direction on how to incorporate assessment into listening instruction. It addresses various aspects of issues, such as various listening assessment methods, elements that affect performance and difficulty, the use of oral interviews to evaluate effective listening, the use of descriptive scales to represent levels of listening proficiency and the implementation of portfolio-style listening assessments.

The study is back to back by seeing that legal protection against victims of severe human rights violations is necessary, as the weak should be effective in protecting the law. So the author was interested in doing this study that discussed how the implementation of human rights protection against victims of severe human rights violations in the criminal justice system in Indonesia, What is problematic in the study is how victims of major human rights violations are regulated in Indonesia and whether the implementation of legal protection against victims of severe human rights violations in existing regulations could provide legal protection against victims of human rights violations. The method of research used in this study is normatif juridical or search literature. Research has shown that the rights of victims of gross human rights violations in criminal justice systems are regulated in 190 penal code laws laws on criminal events, the rule 26 year 2000 on human rights on the next human rights court is governed by regulations granting protection to victims and witnesses in 2002 government regulation Number 2 year and government regulation Number 3 2002 on compensation ordinances, Restitution and rehabilitation, act Number 27 in 2004 on the commission of truth and reconciliation, and in the 2006 act Number 13 on the protection of witnesses and victims. The implementation of protection of law against victims of severe human rights violations in Indonesia has not been consistent with the current laws. Where victimsrig hts are not fully satisfied because of any legal obstacles such as his lack of success in proving a perpetrator in a severe human rights violation. The weakness of legal procedures that make compensating and rehabilitation to victims is difficult to realize.

This study aims to find out and analyze whether Batik Bakaran has the potential to get legal protection against Traditional Cultural Expressions as well as the urgency and implications of Legal Protection for Traditional Cultural Expressions in Batik Bakaran in Pati Regency. This research uses the type of Juridical Empirical research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques by way of literature study and based on the results of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity uses triangular techniques. The results of this study indicate the potential of Batik Bakaran as a traditional cultural heritage that has characteristics as part of Traditional Cultural Expression

This Article outlines the politics of language policies in Tunisia in relation with the issue of Tunisian identity. The Tunisian society is a multilingual one par excellence, since pre-colonialism and due to its strategic location, Tunisia witnessed several linguistic changes. This paper focuses on the policies implemented by policymakers which can be divided into three main movements: Arabization, the preservation of French and the promotion for English. Since Tunisia gain its independence in 1956, the strong presence and implementation of French language threatened the flow of the Arabization movement. With the appearance of globalization, Policy makers tried to balance between the already existed languages with English due to its importance in today’s world. This paper argues that such policies, especially in the educational system, had a direct impact on the post-colonial identity.

Every household has conflicts, such as non-transparency between husband and wife regarding household income and expenses, which can cause disputes and even divorce. It happened in Divorce Case No.1905/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Smg, where the applicant used the excuse that his wife was not open to managing finances, then the request was granted by the Semarang City Religious Court. Therefore the author is interested in researching the Analysis of Judge Considerations in terms of Not Transparency in Managing Family Finances as the Reason for Divorce in Decisions (No.1905/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Smg). This research uses normative research or library research with decision analysis. The data source was obtained using the Library Method technique by collecting data in the form of written data sources. This research includes qualitative research. Data analysis using analytical descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the research showed that the authors found that the attitude of a wife who is not transparent in managing finances is irresponsible in maintaining household harmony and not carrying out her obligations as a wife as stated in Article 34 of Law no. 1 of 1974 concerning the obligations of husband and wife, and is also an attitude that is contrary to the principles of marriage. The results of the study regarding the judge’s considerations in granting a divorce, because the wife’s attitude is not transparent in managing finances, is that the judge focuses more on attracting benefits and eliminating harm in the family where disputes constantly occur, triggered by the wife’s non-transparency in managing family finances.

The purpose of this research is to analyse how the legality of the Land Deed Makers Office position is in the process of land registration of certificates of ownership and how is the legal certainty of landowners regarding Land products for owners of land certificates. The method used in this scientific research article is the method of normative legal scientific research articles. The results of this discussion are first, by issuing certificates in registration activities it is intended that right holders can easily prove their rights. Therefore, a certificate is strong evidence as referred to in Article 19 of the Agrarian Law. Second, that there is still no legal certainty that can be given by the state to the owners of land certificates, because if they experience a loss and their assets will be executed by the court based on a decision that has permanent legal force, the community does not have any trust in them. So that the governments participation in regulating land, which includes regulations regarding the sale and purchase of land and land registration at the National Land Agency office, must also be accompanied by good bureaucracy so that the process runs smoothly.

Tourism is an important resource for the area that is a tourist destination. As a resource, tourism needs to be managed appropriately, so that its development does not become a source of damage or a source of disaster. Although in Bali there has been a Regional Regulation that regulates tourism, namely Bali Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2020 concerning Bali Cultural Tourism Implementation Standards, in reality there is often destruction (non-physical) of Tourism Destination Destinations carried out by Foreign Tourists. The purpose of the study was to find a model of the imposition of sanctions aimed at tourists who visit tourist destinations of religious value which is dominant in Bali. This research is an empirical legal research, with the approach used in this study being the statutory approach and sociology of law (Monoarfa, 2021). There are two types of data used in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected by interviewing informants, while secondary data with document studies used recording techniques. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed with qualitative techniques and presented in an analytical descriptive manner. The results showed that Foreign Tourists who commit "non-physical destruction" on Tourist Destinations of religious value are caused by the absence of information about it. Against perpetrators there are two models of sanctions, namely: (1) sanctions given by the Immigration Office in the form of Deportation, if there are reports complaints from the community or from other agencies; and (2) sanctions (customary reactions) by indigenous peoples in the form of the obligation to carry out certain rituals (prayascita, pecaruan, guru piduka) and apologize before local indigenous people.

The position of a Notary as one of the public officials representing the government to provide public services to the community is not given wages or salaries directly by the state but receives wages for the services it provides. However, legal problems often occur, especially in the context of violating the determination of below standard honorariums, causing unhealthy competition in the position of the Notary. So, the purpose of this research is to analyze whether notaries who charge substandard honorarium rates can lead to competition between notaries based on the Law on Notary Office and the Notarys Code of Ethics; and how is the authority of the Notary Supervisory Board regarding violations of the Notarys honorarium amount. The method used in this study uses normative research methods. So, the results of this study are first, the setting of substandard rates by a notary causes competition between fellow notaries and this violates the code of ethics for the position of a notary. The minimum standard of honorarium for a notary is agreed upon by the association at the regional or regional level of each region. Second, the authority of the Notary Supervisory Board is limited to supervising and coaching to prevent violations of the Notarys office. So, it would be better if the determination regarding the Notarys honorarium is regulated in the Notarys Organizational Regulations and the Notarys Supervisory Council should be given the authority to examine allegations of violations of the notarys code of ethics.

This study was aimed to get detail experience of educators on using Mentimeter in ELT Classroom. Three educators were selected based on their 3-year experience in using Mentimeter. By means of SWOT anaylisis, the findings were categorised into 4 points (Strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. The study found that Mentimeter has strength on the term of accessibility, students’ engagement, brainstorming, participation and simplicity. Afterwards, the study also reported that Mentimeter brings weakness on its implementation such as internet connection, visibility on user name and time consuming in open-ended questions point. Moreover, the Mentimeter also indicates promising features on its application such as for engaging students, providing quick responses, and facilitating data collection through features like polling and multiple-choice questions. Lastly, Mentimeter is reported to have some potential threats of reliance on device and internet connectivity in the classroom.

Social Studies (Araling Panlipunan) educators play a crucial role in promoting civic competence, which is the academic content, critical thinking skills, and democratic values necessary for pupils to participate fully in society. Teachers of social studies continue to provide students with the knowledge, values, and attitudes they need to be productive and ideal members of society despite the difficulties they face. Although there is a study conducted in the Philippines revealing that Grades 7, 8, and 9 Social Studies subjects do not have direct discussions of civics and civic competency, there is still a shortage of published studies that address the experiences and challenges of Social Studies educators, specifically the grades 7-9 Araling Panlipunan teachers in promoting civic competence. The researchers used a transcendental phenomenological research design to examine the experiences and difficulties these teachers had in encouraging civic competency in their students. Following a demographic survey, they chose one teacher from grades 7, 8 and 9 of the Araling Panlipunan subject in a public high school and conducted interviews with them. The study revealed that they are motivated to promote civic competence because they aim to make their students acquire the values and responsibilities of an informed and active citizen in society. With that, they integrate the ideas of civic competence into their daily lesson/ discussion. However, they consider the complex topics in the grades 7-9 Araling Panlipunan curriculum as a hindrance to achieving their students aims. Their challenges in promoting civic competence included difficulty preparing lessons, learners diversity, and teachers poor performance. The study also established specific effects on students when problems in promoting civic competence occur, such as poor civic competence development and students as irresponsible citizens.

Based on the basic theory of health care coverage and using the research methodology of health economics, this study analyses the level of health care coverage in Malaysia based on the ratio of health care coverage expenditures as a percentage of GDP over the past 21 years and actual data from countries around the world. The results show that Malaysia is higher than the average level of South Asia and lower than high-income countries. Finally, based on the current situation of the level of health care coverage in Malaysia, policy recommendations are made to promote health care coverage.

The background of this research is the existence of the Al-Mawarid Excellent Dormitory program at the Tahfidzul Quran Nurul Falah Islamic Boarding School, as a form of developing dormitories that already exist in the institution. At the Al- Mawarid Featured Dormitory there are excellent programs and hostel facilities that are representative and only accommodate students who focus on memorizing the Quran. This field research is using qualitative as the approach. The techniques used to gather the data are through interviews, observations and documentations. The purpose of this study was to find the implementation of institutional development in the Al-Mawarid Excellence Dormitory at Tahfidzul Quran Islamic Boarding School Nurul Falah Poncol Magetan. Weaknesses and advantages of implementing institutional development in the Al-Mawarid Excellent Dormitory and the Implications of institutional development in the Al-Mawarid Excellent Dormitory for the recitation of the students. The findings obtained from this study are that in implementing institutional development at the Al-Mawarid Excellent Dormitory, the management function of POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) or planning (objectives, teaching staff and costs) is organizing (halaqoh distribution according to students memorization, extracurricular according to the talents and interests of the students) implementation (formal, non-formal and extracurricular learning) evaluation (quarterly meetings between administrators and the boardss and tests for increasing students memorization ratings). The management of institutional development in the Al- Mawarid Featured hostel lacks social community and the advantages are 24-hour mentoring assistance and representative and complete dormitories. The implications of institutional development at the AlMawarid Featured Dormitory are the achievement of memorization of at least 5 juz 1 year, student achievements in academic and non-academic as well as competitions at the district level and costs that are more expensive at this excellent Dormitory because of the facilities and programs implemented.

The conflict that occurred between the European Union, which sued Indonesia at the WTO regarding the nickel export ban, is an issue that can be analyzed from an international law perspective. The analysis aims to examine the failure of the lawsuit against Indonesias nickel export ban filed by the European Union and its implications under international trade law for Indonesia. This research adopts a normative legal research approach. The impacts felt by Indonesia due to the failure of the lawsuit filed by the European Union at the WTO include effects on mining downstream industries, consequences for foreign investors, and environmental impacts resulting from meeting nickel export demands. Consequently, in conclusion, the trade dispute between Indonesia and the European Union has not reached a final resolution. However, Indonesia hopes that the resolution of the trade dispute between Indonesia and the European Union does not escalate to the retaliation stage and ultimately results in a win-win solution for both parties.

The paper puts forward of approache which will help to promote Evidence Based Policy (EBP) in decision about of security policy.The aim of this paper is to identify lessons and approaches from EBP in developing democratic security. In a deliberative security framework, the policy formulation process not only emphasizes the protection and fulfillment of human rights, but also provides public space for society to be actively involved in the formulation and evaluation of policies in the security sector. This article uses the Evidence Based Policy (EBP) approach which to informs the policy process, rather than aiming to directly affect the eventual goals of the policy. Security is related to socio-political values and security is a process of negotiation and contestation, so a process involving society or deliberative security is needed.

For centuries, Islamic higher education has played an important role in nurturing individuals by constructing a deep knowledge and understanding of the Islamic faith, its principles and its application in society. This research aims to investigate the issues and the challenges of the international collaboration in Islamic higher education in the effort to build global competitiveness of State Islamic Religious Higher Education (Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri – PTKIN). The approach used in this study is qualitative descriptive based on theoretical and literature reviews. This research covers concepts, thoughts, and principles related to the issues and the challenges faced by Islamic higher education in the context of international collaboration. Based on the theoretical reviews, it was revealed that there were four important aspects in international collaboration of the universities: student exchanges; scientific collaboration in the form of research and publications; curriculum development; and jointtraining of lecturers and educational staff. This literature research is expected to provide new insights about how international collaboration of the Islamic higher education could deliver effective, productive and competitive Islamic education.

Analyzing students difficulties in writing essays is a valuable tool for educators to enhance their teaching methods, provide personalized support, and ultimately improve students writing skills. It also allows educators to be responsive to the needs of their students and create a more effective and engaging English learning experience. This study investigates the quality of English essays written by college students. The research aims to understand the difficulties of students in writing English essays in particularly in writing opinion essay. A qualitative method approach was employed by analyzing 23 students English essays. The findings reveal that while students generally demonstrate competence in structuring their essays and presenting arguments, there are common difficulties related to thesis development, evidence integration, and coherence. Therefore, it is suggested that students always implement the stages of writing an essay to be able to present their opinion in English easily and well.

This research investigates the factors influencing employee engagement within recruitment companies in Thailand. The study examines six independent variables: compensation, career advancement, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, leadership, and reward and recognition. Data were collected from 385 respondents employed at various recruitment companies in Thailand using a combination of convenience and snowball sampling methods. Descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression were used to analyse the data. The findings indicated that compensation, career advancement, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment significantly influenced employee engagement, all with P-values less than 0.05. Combined, these four independent variables accounted for 82.1% of the variation in employee engagement. Of these, job satisfaction had the most profound influence on employee engagement, contributing 39.0%. The study suggests that recruitment companies should prioritize enhancing job satisfaction factors. Its crucial to understand the specific contributors to employee job satisfaction. Implementing regular employee satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions can pinpoint areas needing improvement, such as work-life balance, workload distribution, and acknowledgment of accomplishments. Offering clear career advancement opportunities and professional development can also empower employees, showcasing the organizations commitment to their growth.

This research aims to analyze the readiness of students from the Chemistry Education Department to implement the Teaching Practices (PPL) program in 2023. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological research design. The research subjects were three Chemistry Education Department students who carried out PPL in 2023. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are done by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that students in the Chemistry Education Department have pedagogical competency readiness in implementing the 2023 PPL program. In the learning process, students need to master the skills of opening and closing learning. For personality competence and social competence, all students of the Kinia Education Study Program are ready to implement it. Likewise, in terms of Professional and Social competence, five students from the Chemistry Education Department are in a good category. In other words, students have no obstacles in implementing these four competencies.

BBGP West Java provides a post-disaster recovery program with psychosocial support in Mekarsari Regency. The descriptive qualitative technique uses in the research method to present a thorough picture of the planning, implementation, and assessment process after adopting Psychosocial Support in Mekarsari Regency Cianjur. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. to learn about the design, implementation, and assessment stages of Psychosocial Support in Mekarsari Regency Cianjur. Researchers used triangulation techniques to assess the datas veracity before drawing findings and validating the data. Organizing Phase BBGP West Java was contacted by the chair of the Nurul Aathirah Education Foundation to offer psychosocial support in the Mekarsari Regency. Children are sorted into age-appropriate groups and placed inside the tent on Sunday, December 4th, 2022, at 8:00. Adult participants, the majority of whom are female where situated outside the tent. Play therapy, fairy tale treatment, movement and singing, psychosocial support, quirky science learning, and fun learning are all examples of psychosocial support techniques. The Psychosocial Support Process worked successfully, as seen by the residents enthusiastic response and positive response during the evaluation stage, which participants expressed with delight and excitement. This study examined and assessed the impact of internal control mechanisms on fraud detection and prevention in Nigerias deposit money banks. Specifically, the study evaluated the impact of control environment risk assessment, control activities, and monitoring activities on fraud detection and prevention in Nigerian deposit money banks. The descriptive research design was used in the study. Primary data was obtained from the management staff of FUGAZ Banks. Data gathered was estimated using descriptive statistics of respondents demographics, correlation analysis, Multiple OLS estimation and post-estimation tests. Discoveries from the study revealed that the control environment exerts a positive significant relationship with fraud detection and prevention in Nigeria DMBs with a coefficient estimate of 0. 03483 (p=0.0054>0.05); risk assessment exerts a positive significant relationship with agricultural investment in Nigeria with a coefficient estimate of 0.4082 (p=0.0199<0.05); control activities exert positive insignificant impact on fraud detection and prevention in Nigeria DMBs with a coefficient estimate of 0.3058 (p=0.0992>0.05) and monitoring activities exert a positive significant impact on fraud detection and prevention in Nigeria DMBs with coefficient estimate of 0.0307 (p=0.0215>0.05). Hence, the study suggested that the management of DMBs should adopt proactive actions towards its internal control; risk assessment of DMBs should be constantly carried out by the management and those charged with governance; management of DMBs should frequently modify the modalities of its operation per time and DMBs management staffs should on a constant basis monitor its internal control system to improve its soundness and control fraudulent activities.

This study seeks to interpret the teachers online planning, implementation, and assessment of thematic learning outcomes at Al-Akhyar Muara Bungo Integrated Islamic Elementary School. This study employs an interpretive phenomenological methodology for qualitative research. The interpretive phenomenological strategy seeks to comprehend the significance of the teachers experience in planning, implementing, and assessing online thematic learning. There were five participants in the study: two fourth-grade teachers, two fifth-grade teachers, and one sixth-grade teacher. The procedure for identifying participants utilized a technique of purposive sampling. Instrument for data collection based on interviews and document analysis The findings of the study indicate that (1) teachers face obstacles when planning lessons because they must adapt the learning format to an online learning format. This difficulty is caused by insufficient accessibility, connectivity, and capabilities. Accessibility, connectivity, and skill constraints make it difficult for instructors to design adaptable learning activity formats for online learning. (2) Al-Akhyar Islamic Elementary School instructors implement online thematic learning by delivering instructional material via video and sending it to the Student Wa group. Sending videos via Wa has limitations. These restrictions include the limited video memory capacity, which restricts the video lengths that can be sent via Wa. (3) The teacher at Al-Akhyar Islamic Elementary School administers an online learning assessment by assigning homework through Wa and grading students based on the results of their homework. Due to limitations in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning, Al-Akhyar Muara Bungo Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools online thematic learning does not present meaningful learning. The implementation of thematic learning has failed to motivate students to be more active, investigate, discover, and construct their own knowledge through exploration and reflection on the studied topics. The learning process must have the appropriate infrastructure and technology, schedule and activity arrangements, use of digital resources, and parental participation. Adequate access to learning will improve the efficiency of the implementation of online learning.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of resilience on the academic achievement of accounting students with locus of control as a moderator. The place where this research was conducted was at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. Linear regression analysis is the analysis technique used in this research. The sample for this research was accounting undergraduate students with a sample determination method using the Slovin formula. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The research results show that resilience has a significant positive effect on the academic achievement of accounting students by strengthening locus of control as a moderating variable. This research can provide an idea of how high the level of resilience of accounting students is, in order to determine the fighting power and enthusiasm for students to rise up to face lifes challenges and determine steps to pay attention to in the learning process in the future, which can form the character of the nations children who are superior, independent and cultured and resilient in facing future challenges.

This phenomenological research reveals the phenomenon of experience obtained based on consciousness in several individuals. This research setting includes SD Negeri Indrasari 1, SD Negeri Indrasari 2, and SD Negeri Tambak baru Ulu, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. The three schools were chosen based on the similar characteristics of the school. Namely, it is a public school with A B accreditation, is in a wetland environment area, and is a favorite school in the region. The results of the research show that the integrated integration between national, local, and typical curricula with Islamic foundations has proven to be able to run in Leading Schools by producing good graduates, institutional management applied at the school level as well as learning management is expected to be a model or basic framework to become a future school.

This research was conducted against the background of the fluctuating open unemployment rate in Bali Province. The unemployment rate is very important to measure the success rate of economic development in a region. A high unemployment rate in a region indicates low economic growth in the region. The increase in the unemployment rate is also influenced by the minimum wage. Therefore, this study wants to analyze the relationship between the district or city minimum wage, economic growth, dependency ratio, and employment opportunities and the open unemployment rate in Bali Province. This research was conducted in the regencies and cities of Bali Province from 2011 to 2022, with 108 observations. The data collec tion method used is a literature study with secondary data. This research uses panel data models and multiple linear analysis techniques. The panel data model selected in this study is the Random Effect Model (REM). The results of this study indicate that district city minimum wage, economic growth, dependency ratio, and employment opportunities simultaneously affect the open unemployment rate in Bali Province. Partially, district city minimum wage, economic growth, and dependency ratio have a negative and significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Bali Province. Partially, employment opportunities have a positive and insignificant influence on the open unemployment rate in Bali Province.

This research aim to identifying student perceptions of online learning media through the zoom cloud meeting and Google meet applications during the Covid-19 pandemic which was carried out for Tadris Biology students class of 2020. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research. Data retrieval via questionnaires and interviews with sample used _ as many as 41 students. The research results obtained from the responses of each student were included in the good category with a percentage score of 61-80% for 36 students and in the very good category with a percentage score of 81-100% for 5 students. This shows that student perceptions are considered positive about online learning through the zoom meeting application and Google meet for Tadris Biology students at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta as supporting media during distance learning. The main objective of this study is to find out and examine the determinants of banks profitability in Haiti. The sample is a data set of the eight banks operating in Haiti for the period 2017 to 2021. The results prove that, among the independent variables that impact banks profitability in Haiti significantly and positively, Equity-tototal assets (EA ratio), which is used to proxy capital adequacy in this study, is the strongest. In addition, diversification is the second most influential independent variable in terms of positive effect. Average yield on loans does not show any significant impact on ROA and ROE. In contrast, the efficiency ratio, which is used to proxy management efficiency, has a significant negative effect on banks profitability in Haiti. Likewise, Nonperforming loans (NPL), which is the measure of asset quality, and Liquid Assets -to-Deposit (LAD), a proxy for liquidity, show a negative influence on banks profitability. The macroeconomic variables do not have any effect on banks profitability in Haiti. The private banks are more profitable than the public one. And there are significant differences between those two groups.

However, the implications of the covid pandemic from the psychological aspect have a positive side, namely being able to provide education to the public, changing peoples attitudes to discipline in obeying the rules, managing a cleaner and healthier environment. People are aware of health, maintain their immune system by participating in vaccinations, eating nutritious and healthy foods, and doing positive sports. So that psychologically the implications of the pandemic have taught people to change by creating a new, better order of life. The community is more steadfast, patient in accepting the limited conditions of social life, coexistence, kinship, mutual tolerance, empathy and help, willing to provide assistance to others who are affected by disasters. This research uses qualitative research methods through deeper observations, so that it is more focused, focused on very varied problems in society. To get effective results, use the concept of triangulation through observation, interviews and documents as valid data sources, as well as literature and theories that are relevant and related to the research problem. The purpose of this research is that educated people can organize a more organized, good and civil future social life.

This paper examines the coping strategies that were employed to curb the situation of the question of child streetism Specifically, the paper analyzes the challenges faced and coping strategies by street children. I used two major cities i.e., Dodoma City which is the Capital City, and Dar es Salaam City which is the major commercial city of Tanzania. Methodically, the study employed both qualitative methods. Instruments for data collection included participants interviews, key informant interviews, and document review. The findings of the study revealed that child streetism in both cities was largely promoted by both push and pull factors. Major push factors included poverty, limited family support, family violence, low education, and single parenting. In terms of coping strategies, the study found that street children in the two cities survive by using the little money they get through begging and doing other petty activities. To address this issue, the study recommends mechanisms such as providing community education on how to handle children, increasing attention on the matter from the government and other stakeholders as well as involving religious leaders.

The outbreak of the Covid 19 throughout the world, it resulted in paralyzed economies in the world, one of which is Indonesia. There have been mass layoffs and many company closures due to a drastic decline in company turnover. In the end, the company is forced to terminate the employment relationship with the worker, as a consequence, the company is required to pay layoff compensation in accordance with the provisions of the law. Payment of layoff compensation in large numbers is difficult to fulfill directly by employers considering the companys financial condition went bankrupt due to continuous losses, this study uses a descriptive qualitative method by describing the condition of the company through interviews with former workers, by explaining and answering using theories to make a conclusion. The way that can be done for workers to get their rights is to use the bankruptcy mechanism by means of which former employees submit bankruptcy applications to the commercial court with the aim that the directors are responsible for the rights of the former workers.

This research aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the employee performance in Pragaan district, Sumenep Regency Madura. This research was conducted in Pragaan district, using a saturated sample of 42 employees. Data was obtained through interviews and distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression test analysis. The research results concluded that organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if the organizational culture is better and work motivation is higher, it can have an effect on improving employee performance.

Covid 19 pandemic is an external factor that imposed itself on the global stage. Societies are considered open systems that can be influenced by the pandemic. This research will firstly explore the obligatory etiquettes that have been imposedon peoples lifestyles by the emergence of Covid-19 pandemic. Secondly, it will study the triggering effect of Covid-19 pandemic on the populist environment. Thirdly, it will investigate the relationship among Covid-19, populism, and democratic systems. A qualitative research methodology will be used, specifically a phenomenological hermeneutic analysis of the phenomenon of populism in the Covid-19 pandemic crisis environment and its effect on democratic rights. Additionally, the different responses ofpopulists towards the Covid- 19 pandemic will be studied in order to see whether populist rhetoric triggers democratic decay of rights.

The existence of MSMEs in Sampang Regency is not all MSMEs can be fostered by related agencies. The existing problems includes weaknesses in access to information, lack of infrastructure assistance and capital fertilization, lack of HR skills and weaknesses in partnership networks. The purpose of this study is to empower the community of MSME actors to achieve a society that is independent, self-sufficient, able to adopt innovations and develop MSMEs. Community empowerment carried out to MSME actors uses three aspects, namely, Enabling, Protecting, and Empowering. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, then the data collection technique used is an interview and documentation technique with five informants, namely the State Civil Apparatus as many as three people and the community or MSME actors two people who refer to purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis used is an interactive model analysis technique from Miles and Huberman. The results of the study obtained an explanation that community empowerment through Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Diskopindag in Sampang District, Sampang Regency did not run optimally after being analyzed using three indicators of community empowerment because there are still many obstacles that are not in accordance with the expectations of MSME actors. So it can be concluded that community empowerment through Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises at the Department of Industry and Trade Cooperative in Sampang District, Sampang Regency, can be said to have not run optimally.

The Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) is often under pressure which can lead to increased stress and affect the quality of the audits conducted. This study aims to examine the factors that influence Reduced Audit Quality Practices (RAQP). The data used in this study is primary data sourced from the auditors of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of PUPR with a total sample of 151 respondents. Data was obtained through a closed questionnaire. The sampling technique is random sampling. We used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), including the t-test and the R2 test as the analysis technique in this study. The results of the analysis show that role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload, and time pressure have a positive effect on RAQP. The moderating effect of resilience is able to weaken the positive influence of role conflict and role overload on RAQP. On the other hand, resilience cannot moderate the positive influence of role ambiguity and time pressure on RAQP

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Employee Trust on Termination Anxiety Issues post the COVID-19 Pandemic. This research is classified as Explanatory Research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 90 employees of PT.Marinal Indo Prima with purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data, namely data collection using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a negative effect on Termination Anxiety Issues. Likewise, Employee Trust has a negative effect on Termination Anxiety Issues. Simultaneously Work Motivation and Employee Trust have an effect on Termination Anxiety Issues.

The Covid-19 pandemic led individuals, business community, nations and the world in general to many problems. In the context of Rwanda, Covid-19 pandemic spread rapidly within a short period of time resulted into serious problems including unemployment. This paper aims to assess the effects of Covid-19 pandemic on employment situation in Kigali city, Rwanda focusing on how Covid -19 pandemic cases have been spread in Kigali city, finding out the most affected economic sectors by Covid-19 pandemic and assessing the extent to which Covid-19 pandemic caused unemployment in Kigali city, Rwanda. The study targeted unemployed and laidoff people due to Covid-19 pandemic from whom 96 respondents were selected using Alain Bouchard formula. Data were collected using questionnaire, interview and documentation and analysed using descriptive statics frequency, percentage and Pearson correlation test. The main findings indicated that the spread of Covid-19 has been rapid in kigali city whereby Covid-19 positive cases had reached on 3,452 in Kigali City for the period of almost 9 months. Unemployment caused by Covid-19 pandemic affected people in Kigali city from various sectors in different ways. Construction; education; domestic works; betting games and marriage activities; and industry, tourism and restaurant have been respectively revealed the most affected economic sectors by unemployment due to Covid-19 pandemic in Kigali City. The people in informal and private sectors are the most affected. Moreover, the statistical evidence reveals a significant positive correlation between covid-19 pandemic and unemployment in Kigali city. This implies that the more the Covid-19 confirmed positive cases, the more the cases of unemployment (laidoffs and forced unpaid leaves). There is hence a need for public-private partnership to put in place the measures that can protect people working in informal and private sectors as they are the most affected.

This thesis research was carried out due to the development of information and communication technology which has an impact on trading activities. The impact of these developments is currently the existence of trade conducted online, which results in the emergence of the use of digital contracts as a form of agreement which often causes disputes and in business prefers online dispute resolution, especially online arbitration. However, in Indonesia the legal basis for online arbitration has not specifically regulated online arbitration awards. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and studying the legality of online arbitral awards in Indonesia based on the theory of legal certainty and also the relevance of Law Number 30 of 1999 about Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution to online arbitration, especially regarding online arbitration awards in Indonesia. This research is a normative research with a conceptual approach and statutory approach. The data source is in the form of secondary data consisting of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials, which are analyzed using legal analysis methods. Drawing conclusions using a deductive thinking process. The theory of legal certainty is used as an analytical knife in reviewing research results. The results of the study show that online arbitral awards when associated with Gustav Radbruchs theory of legal certainty still occur in a dilemmatic choice and Law Number 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution has not yet accommodated arrangements regarding online arbitration in Indonesia, especially regarding online arbitration awards, this causes Even though the decision has legality, if there is no law that regulates it for certain, then the aspect of legal certainty does not necessarily exist.

After the emergence of Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration, there has been an expansion of the meaning of State Administrative Decrees. The expansion of this understanding is very necessary because the object of the State Administrative Court is becoming increasingly broad. However, the widening of the object does not necessarily guarantee that the state administration will run in line with the General Principles of Good Governance. This research was made with the aim of knowing the expansion of the meaning of State Administrative Decisions after the emergence of the Government Administration Law and good governance after the emergence of the Government Administration Law. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory approach. Sources of data used are primary legal materials, secondary. It was analyzed qualitatively, and the existing data was obtained through literature study data collection methods. In this study, the results were obtained that there was indeed an expansion of the meaning of State Administrative Decrees after the emergence of Law Number 14 of 2014 concerning Government Administration. As well as the expansion of the meaning of the State Administrative Decree has a very close relationship with the realization of the General Principles of Good Governance. This principle has been used as a basis for the government to carry out its duties and has become a judicial test tool when assessing government actions.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of various influential elements and demographic characteristics on the digital employee experience, with a focus on the telecommunications sector in the Sultanate of Oman. The main objectives of the research are to assess the intensity of various elements such as digital tool usability, technology accessibility, training availability, leadership support, organisational culture, and working environment on the digital employee experience and to explore the relationship between digital employee experience and employee demographic characteristics such as gender, age, education level, work experience, digital literacy, and job tenure in the telecommunications sector in Oman. The data collection is made using an online survey with a sample size of 150 employees from top telecommunications companies in Oman using quota sampling. To accomplish the research goals, IBM SPSS Statistics was used to conduct quartile analysis and ANOVA. Based on the results, it was found that the intensity of digital tool usability on the digital employee experience is high when compared to the other elements, and all demographic characteristics except gender have an impact on digital experience. Several suggestions were made based on the information discovered from the findings.

The data taken from MyPersonality which is divided into 40% training data, and 60% test data produces an accuracy rate of 100%, 100% precision, 100% recall can be concluded that the prediction variables are (significant) with the Naive Bayes method. While predictions using the KNN method showed an average personality prediction value with an accuracy of 58.96% (Insignificant), precision 99.12% (Significant), and recall 2.34% (Insignificant). Based on research can be concluded that both Naïve Bayes and KNN methods can be used to predict personality based on Facebook status.

Critical thinking skills are one of the skills that are very important for students to have in the challenging 21st century education era. Therefore, critical thinking skills need to be provided to students through appropriate and well-organized learning processes. One of the learning components that is able to assist teachers in preparing teaching and learning activities in class is to provide teaching materials that are in accordance with the expected learning objectives. One teaching material that can assist teachers in providing critical thinking skills and organizing student learning in class is Discovery Learning-based Student Worksheets. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Discovery Learning-based worksheets in an effort to improve the critical thinking skills of fifth grade elementary school students on the topic of heat transfer. This research is a type of pre-experimental research using a one group pre test – post test design. The research subjects consisted of 30 fifth grade elementary school students at SDN 38 Parepare. The sampling technique for this study used a purposive sampling technique with a population of 99 fifth grade students consisting of three classes. The research instrument is a Discovery Learning-based worksheet and a critical thinking skills- test. The analysis technique was in the form of descriptive statistics in the form of N-Gain, effect size, and t-test. Based on the results of the analysis of the three measurements, it can be concluded that the use of Discovery Learning-based student worksheet was significantly effective in improving students critical thinking skills on the topic of heat transfer.

The COVID-19 vaccination program has become a national priority in efforts to protect the public from the spread of the virus and control the pandemic. To achieve this goal, it is important to ensure that the medical human resources involved in the implementation of the vaccination program have sufficient qualifications and competence. Mowewe District, which is located in East Kolaka Regency, is one of the areas undergoing the COVID-19 vaccination program. In this context, it is important to understand the qualifications and competencies of the medical human resources involved in implementing the vaccination program in this region. Medical human resource qualifications refer to the formal education obtained, such as their academic background. This qualification is an important basis for understanding and carrying out COVID-19 vaccination procedures safely and effectively. However, in conditions where the COVID-19 vaccination service is still very limited, there is a lack of socialization carried out, a lack of cross-sectoral coordination, resulting in low community participation in realizing COVID-19 vaccination services . In conclusion, the success of the COVID-19 vaccination program in Mowewe District, East Kolaka Regency is highly dependent on the qualifications and competence of the medical human resources involved. Therefore, the resource factor and the lack of dissemination of information on the Covid-19 vaccination are important to continue to implement. In addition, it is also necessary to make efforts to strengthen team coordination and management, collaboration across sectors to ensure the implementation of the vaccination program runs effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze the qualifications and competencies of medical human resources in implementing the COVID-19 vaccination program in Mowewe District, East Kolaka Regency. The COVID-19 vaccination program is a national priority to control the spread of the virus and protect the public. However, the success of this program is highly dependent on the qualifications and competence of the medical human resources involved in its implementation.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs are considered crucial as they facilitate effective communication with customers and potential customers, while also fostering stronger bonds between customers and companies. This journal article investigates the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Social Media on Brand Advocacy Behavior, mediated by Customer Engagement (CE), Customer Company Identification (CCI), and Brand Trust. The study involved a sample of 239 customers from 14 banks, comprising 4 banks in the KBMI 4 category and 10 banks in the KBMI 3 category, with account tenure exceeding six months. The survey was completed through an online questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings of this research revealed that CSR, mediated by Customer Engagement, Brand Trust, and Customer Company Identification, has an overall positive effect on Brand Advocacy Behavior among bank customers in Indonesia. This study is based on the social identity (SI) theory, which is widely utilized to explain the behavioral patterns of individuals in diverse contexts. The presence of various psychological factors as mediators substantiates the significant role of CSR in shaping the behavior of specific individuals. This research underscores that banks are not solely profit-oriented, but also actively engage in sustainable CSR initiatives. The implications of this study are particularly relevant to the banking sector, emphasizing the significance of communicating CSR initiatives on social media in fostering meaningful customer relationships and promoting Brand Advocacy Behavior.

In a country like Indonesia, which is an agricultural country, which in fact is agricultural land, it shows that agricultural land is very crucial for national food security, but as time goes by, agricultural land is decreasing day by day due to the conversion of agricultural land to non-agriculture and also an increase in population. As for several factors that cause land conversion, among others, namely: Government Program factors, economic factors and social factors. In order to protect the rate of conversion of sustainable agricultural land, the Government issued Law Number 41 of 2009 concerning Protection of Sustainable Agricultural Land which was amended by Law no. 6 of 2023 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation to Become Law. This Law regulates legal consequences, namely criminal sanctions and civil sanctions if the conversion of agricultural land is sustainable which is not in accordance with laws and regulations as stated in Article 36 paragraph (1), Article 72, Article 73 paragraph (1 ), 74 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2). With the existence of sanctions in the Protection of Sustainable Food Agricultural Land Law, the government hopes to suppress the rate of land conversion based on the principles of independence, security and national food sovereignty

A synergy of social capital of residents and transmigrates in corn farming in Garantung village. Social capital is an important factor in agricultural economic development. In this context, an analysis was carried out to find out the forms and contributions between the social capital of the local population and transmigration in the context of corn farming. The research paradigm used is the social definition paradigm with a qualitative research approach and a case study type of research. Subjects and informants in this study used purposive techniques, data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Criteria for checking the validity of the data are carried out through the Credibility, Transferability, Dependability, and Conformability tests. Social capital in this study uses the theory of the concept of social capital developed by Robert Putnam, which consists of three elements: social networks, norms, and trust (Putnam, 1995). This social capital helps build relationships of mutual trust, collaboration, and togetherness in achieving common goals. The transmigration program significantly contributed to productivity and sustainability through corn farming in Garantung village by bringing social capital such as knowledge, skills, and economic resources. The synergy of social capital of residents and transmigration brings various benefits, including increased productivity of diversified agricultural businesses, exchange of knowledge and experience, and sustainability of agricultural businesses in Garantung village. Factors that influence synergy include cultural aspects, trust, common goals, effective communication, and good support and coordination from the government. The contribution of the synergy of the social capital of residents and transmigration in hybrid corn farming can lead to increased welfare, business opportunities, and increased productivity efficiently and effectively. The problems faced by farmers in general, such as patron-client networks, middlemen can be overcome through cooperation which in Indonesia is known as gotong royong; strengthening networks that can be formed in economic development, especially in Corn farming, is, of course, based on the strength of individual belief in the group.

It deals with the ideal educational leadership in Islam, its etiquette, and optimal means of teaching. Therefore, the research attempts to answer the central question about the extent to which teachers (scholars) have the characteristics of leadership and apply them in practice with students, and methods of educational process. This paper relied on primary sources, biographies of scholars, their educational role, and writings, to conclude the main characteristics of educational Islamic leadership features: charisma, authority, and knowledge. Based on the relevant gaze theories and the text analysis, this paper analyzes the gazes of the three male characters on various aspects of female characters, including physiological, economic, moral and ideological gazes. Through examining the impure gazes affected by social culture, economy and politics in the textual, to some extent this paper provides a refreshing perspective for the study on gaze and gender issues.

Jakarta Province has a special autonomous status as a Special Capital Region after Law Number 10 of 1964. DKI Jakartas journey as the Capital of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) has not been spared from various problems ranging from social, political, economic to ecological. On August 16, 2019, President Joko Widodo through his State of the Union address conveyed that regarding the transfer of the capital which was followed by the promulgation of the IKN Bill through Law Number 3 of 2023. Therefore, this article aims to find out the basis for special regulation of DKI Jakarta and the special status of DKI Jakarta after the existence of the Law. Number 3 of 2022. This research uses the normative legal research method or the statute approach. The results of this study are, first, the Special status of DKI Jakarta is regulated in Law Number 29 of 2007 concerning the Provincial Government of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta as the Capital of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, which revokes Law Number 34 of 1999. Second, the specialization of DKI Jakarta will continue valid as long as there has not been a Presidential Decree regarding the transfer of the State Capital from the Province of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta to the Capital of the Archipelago, no later than 2 (two) years after the promulgation of Law Number 3 of 2022.

This research focuses on strategies carried out to guide children in memorizing the Quran through the role of teachers, partnerships in learning tahfizh Quran, infrastructure facilities in learning to memorize the Quran and the principals policy in memorizing the Quran program. The research design used is a descriptive qualitative approach multi-site design with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis phase through site data analysis and cross-site data analysis with research was carried out at PAUD IT Al-Firdaus and PAUD IT Permata Jannati Banjarmasin. The results of the research obtained are the role of teachers in learning to memorize the Quran; partnership in learning to memorize the Quran by cooperating involving parties such as parents, community and community leaders, as well as professional organizations; Facilities and infrastructure in learning to memorize the Quran are available to support learning to memorize the Quran; the principals policy in learning to memorize the Quran is carried out by working meetings, curriculum planning, and Quran memorization programs.

The nature of the Constitutional Courts decision in Indonesia experience an expansion of meaning, which initially only gave negative legislature decisions but gave several positive legislature decisions in reviewing the Law. It is necessary to know how the constitutionality and analysis of the legal considerations of the Constitutional Courts decision which are positive in nature in reviewing laws in the field of constitutional law. The approach method used in this study is normative juridical by examining the legal principles contained in statutory regulations. Based on the results of the research, the constitutionality of the Constitutional Courts decisions which are positive legislature is an extension of the authority of the Constitutional Court in reviewing the Laws granted by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Constitutional Court, and Law Number 48 of 2009 Power Justice. Legal considerations for decisions that are positive legislature in reviewing laws in the field of constitutional law are aimed at providing substantive justice for the community, given in urgent situations, and avoiding a legal vacuum if the material of the law is canceled so as to avoid legal chaos (chaos ) .

Article 20 of Law Number 13 of 2016 concerning Patents, as amended by Article 107 of Law Number 11 of 2022 concerning Job Creation, regulates the provisions regarding the obligation to implement patents in Indonesia. This amendment removes labor supply, investment retention, and technology transfer restrictions and adds provisions for importing or licensing patented products or processes. Changes in regulation regarding the obligation to implement patents have changed the rules governing patent enforcement, making it challenging to achieve self-reliance in domestic drug production. This study uses a doctrinal approach by analyzing secondary data on regulations for implementing registered patents in Indonesia, which are linked to the policy of self-sufficiency in domestic drug production. Based on the results of the study, Article 20 of the Patent Law has been amended so that Patent Holders are not burdened with the obligation to support technology transfer, maintain investment or provide employment; Article 107 of the Job Creation Law has changed the way patents are implemented by Patent Holders registered in Indonesia. Changes to these points need to be reviewed because they are considered to be contrary to the Government Policy on the Independence of the Ministry of Healths Drug Production Number 21 of 2020 The Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Health for 2020–2024, which was previously in line with Article 20 of the Patent Law.

The problem with this study is that dividend policy, firm size, earnings per share, inflation, and exchange rate, all play important roles in stock price volatility and are important factors in determining financial planning decisions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of stock price volatility on 45 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2022. The methodology of this study was panel data regression analysis, using this type of time series data and a cross section of his data processing program using EViews 9, leading to a fixed effects model. The results and contributions of this study were in dividend payout ratio, dividend yield, firm size, leverage, earnings per share, inflation, and exchange rate variables all have a large impact on stock price volatility. Leverage and inflation variables had impact, but company size, payout ratio, dividend yield, earnings per share and price did not have impact on stock price volatility. The conclusion of this study was that corporate management can help increase stock price volatility by considering more important variables that affect stock price volatility. It also serves as an investment decision consideration for investors to predict which companies can generate the greatest returns.

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the strategic planning of elementary schools in the city of Medan Indonesia, in achieving quality education. This research is a type of case study conducted at Intrenational Elementary School. The research findings explain that to achieve educational goals, schools carry out strategic planning with the following stages; the internal and external environmental analysis stages, examine the factors that affect the quality of graduates, gather information on current and future school conditions and evaluate the results of the implementation of programs in the previous period as material for analysis in preparing a strategic plan; the formulation is carried out by the team by adjusting the conditions of the school and taking into account the expectations of stakeholders. At the implementation stage of strategic planning by maximizing resources, maximizing academic and non-academic implementation, facilities and infrastructure to support the achievement of superior quality graduates.

Team invasion sports are characterized as ball games, played by two opponents, aiming to score points or goals. The aim intended to verify which team invasion sport presents a greater probability to obtain a higher phase angle (PhA) value, considering the age, time of practice, vertical jump tests and handgrip strength of young athletes. A total of 248 young athletes were evaluated. After performing the correlations between the PhA and categorical variables (sport and sex) and covariables (age, time of practice- t, squat jump- SJ, countermovement jump- CMJ, and handgrip strength left or right- HGSl or HGSr), we developed an equation from a logistic regression model, aiming to better interpret the probability to obtain a higher PhA. Our findings showed a significant correlation (p< 0.05) ranging from weak to moderate between the PhA and age (r=0.268), t (r =0.206), SJ (r=0.330), CMJ (r= 0.277), HGSr (r=0.537), and HGSl (r=0.523). Considering the median value of the PhA (7.7o) as a cut-off point, youth soccer players were the most likely to have 2.2 more chances to reach a higher PhA, followed by Futsal (2.13), and Rugby (2.01) players. Considering our equation, we suggested that higher PhA values predisposed the Soccer, Futsal and Rugby players to express greater jumping capacity or handgrip tests. Considering the advantage of using PhA as a marker of a healthy body composition profile, the magnitude of these probabilities to reach higher values of strength performance in young athletes may depend on the sport practiced and their exposure to specific training.

The Ministry of Health has designed the TEMENIN (Telemedicine Indonesia) application since 2017 for health workers in all regions of Indonesia.The use of TEMENIN is expected to accelerate patient health services, not only during the COVID-19 pandemic but also in other health services. For this reason, human resources for health workers who can adopt e health are needed. However, because of its implementation, there are still some areas for improvement in the TEMENIN application. The Indonesian Ministry of Health issued the KOMEN 2.0 application (Online Medical Consultation) as an update from TEMENIN. This study aims to identify and find out the activities of various e-health-based communication platforms used to improve the quality of health in Indonesia, especially the use of the KOMEN Application. The theories and concepts used in this research are the theory of Diffusion of Innovation, health communication, and telehealth literacy.The method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting in-depth interviews with the parties involved in using the KOMEN application in the Indonesian region, observing and studying the literature. The validity of the research uses source triangulation. Based on the research results, the activity of using the KOMEN application is still not optimal. This is because only some health workers have the same e-health literacy regarding the same KOMEN application, and the availability of infrastructure still needs to support the maximum use of KOMEN, especially in the 3T region in Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the elements of the discourse of mens power relations in the text. This study used data in integrated subject Indonesian textbooks of 2nd grade elementary school. In addition, textbooks are a form of research. This study uses data analysis methods along with field methods through observations and interviews. Data collection techniques are checklists, interviews and documentation of language forms in textbooks. The theory used in this research is discourse analysis theory (Dijk 1993). The results of this study show that there are elements of discourse that refer to male power relations in texts, such as microstructure, macrostructure and superstructure. Microstructure contains grammatical elements that include references, deletions and conjunctions. Context, situation and contact culture are the macro elements in the integrated subject textbooks of Indonesian primary school. Character values are implicitly described in text characters. The microstructure, macrostructure and superstructure of the data show the dominance of male power relations

The purposes of this research were (1) to analyze the process of making Kulisusu ethnic woven fabrics (2) to analyze the meaning of the motifs contained in the traditional Kulisusu ethnic woven crafts (3) to analyze the educational values contained in the traditional Kulisusu ethnic woven crafts. This research is a qualitative research and uses a descriptive approach. Data collection is carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the process of making Kulisusu ethnic woven fabric crafts consisted of 9 stages, namely 1) materials; 2) tools 3) traditional rituals 4) drawing motifs: 5) spinning threads; 6) sorting yarn (pouluri); 7) Arranging yarn (Lopo); 8) tying the motifs on the warp; and 9) weaving (Mohoru). The meaning of the motif contained in the woven fabric of the Kulisusu ethnicity is the vertical motif which means the relationship between humans and the God; horizontal motifs that are meaningful about human relationships with other humans; and natural motifs that are meaningful about the relationship between humans and nature. The educational values contained in the traditional weaving crafts of the Kulisusu ethnicity are religious values, honest values, love for the motherland, social care values and responsibility values.
